Hello, guys today I am going to show you some healthy drinks for the summer season. They are refreshing delicious nutritious beautiful and most importantly they are going to keep you hydrated on hot steamy summer days I am just going to jump straight into it and I hope you enjoy the Article.
First drink is my all time favorite drink.
1.Rooh Afza milkshake
Rooh Afza is often prepared as part of iftar because it is good for dehydration (Water loss).It is also an energetic drink It helps in vomiting, diarrhea, and fever. You can easily get Rooh Afza because it is available in any nearest shop of you. You can also order it online. This drink is one of the most popular drinks in Pakistan, India, and in Bangladesh.
1 glass cold milk
2 tablespoons Rooh Afza
2 ice cubes
1 TBSP. sugar
And just mix it. Enjoy your drink
2. Watermelon slushie
It is also good for dehydration and helps in diabetes, blood sugar control also. It is good for digestion. This drink is also my one of the favorite drinks all time. Watermelon slushie is one of the best drinks in summer season because this drink is made by watermelon which can prevent heatstroke and heat exhaustion.
Around 6 to 8 ice cubes
Add all the ingredients in a blender and then blend it up, now you just transfer it into a glass. I honestly say this drink is so delicious.
3. Cucumber lemonade
This drink is very powerful DETOX drink. This drink is good for rehydration. Making of this drink is quite easy so, let’s have look.
Slice the cucumber and put it in a blender and put lemon Juice, sugar, half glass water and then blend it up, now you just transfer it into a glass, add 2 to 4 ice cubes and enjoy your one of the best summer drink.
